We produce complete, permit-ready construction drawings documenting layout, dimensions, plumbing, electrical, and structural details — coordinating licensed engineers when a project requires them. These drawings secure your permit approvals and serve as the precise blueprint our crews build from.

We manage the entire permitting process on your behalf — preparing and submitting applications, responding to plan review comments, and scheduling inspections through completion. A fully permitted project protects your investment, your home's value, and your peace of mind.

Cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, hardware, and appliances are sourced through our established trade relationships at contractor pricing not available to the public. We manage specification, ordering, lead times, and delivery inspection — ensuring the right materials arrive on site, on schedule.

You'll have a single point of contact, regular progress updates, and a jobsite kept clean and protected. If unforeseen conditions arise, we bring you the issue and the solution together — so decisions are simple and momentum never stalls.

At completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough with you, resolve any punch-list items promptly, and close out all inspections and permits. We stand behind our workmanship — and remain your point of contact long after the project is done.
